Policy Groups

Policy groups are a special type of group manager group. They are organized under an umbrella policy space. A member of the support group that was used in the wiki creation script will need to go to their policy group in the duke-wiki policy space and click on it. Then they will be able to add members to the group. They can add groups, such as their own support group or a working group-manager group that already exists, or individuals. Nobody is a member of a policy group automatically, including the owners of that policy group.

• If you do not have access to add members, speak to the IT person who owns the group and have them add you as a member.
• you can only add other support groups, not regular ad-hoc groups, although if the updaters want, they can create (or use an existing) an ad-hoc group and any members can manage members from that
